About this house rental
Casa Camelot is a pretty 2 bedroom townhouse in the well known Quinta do Paraiso Country Club. It comprises 2 twin bedrooms and one bathroom, lounge with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The property is completely renovated to high standards and does have air-conditioning for cooling or heating in every room ( extra charge) There are lovely sea views from the private terraces surrounded by nicely treated gardens. You will find peace and tranquillity as well as plenty of activities here like for example a kids club, a large playground area, mini golf and a diving school, tennis courts as well as a large shared pool area with children’s pool. Even though it is only a short walk to Carvoeiro centre, you can use the shuttle busses as well. All recommended trips like f.e. to Slide and Splash and Zoomarine do have pick-ups at the reception area. 3 good and wellknown restaurants are in less then 5 minutes walk, as well as a small supermarket
Outside: Two patio areas. One outside the front door with room for table and four chairs. A great place for meals or to just relax in the sun. Also closed in private second patio area under pergola ideal for sun loungers or as play area for small children. Parking facilities available near to back entrance or at the front of the house.
Coast/Beach: The nearest beach is about 15-20 minutes walk. There are many other lovely sandy beaches in close proximity by car.
Distances: Casa Camelot is situated in the Quinta do Paraiso Country Club. The centre of Carvoeiro is about 15 to 20 minutes walk down a cliff road, with beautiful views. You can walk back at your leisure or if you prefer return by courtesy bus, taxi or even a little colourful train which drives through town on a regular basis.

This townhouse is not new but is comfortable and designed and decorated in typical Portuguese style. It was clean and better equiped in every sense than any other rental we have stayed in. Would throughly recommend. Only drawback is that the estimated 15 minute walk to Carvoiero is more like 30 minutes. However the local taxi company charges less than 5 each way. It saves older legs!

Great property in a fantastic area, very well equipped, would have given it a 5, only it's in need of a bit of TLC, and the stairs to the roof terrace feel unsafe.

We had a lovely week staying at Casa Camelot. The accommodation is excellent very well equipped. The terraces were lovely one on roof at front of villa and to the side. 15-20 minute walk to the centre and a good place to visit other towns and villages in the Algarve from. Would highly recommend and would be happy to return.
