Das Haus hat einige Pluspunkte: - Das Badezimmer und die separate Toilette sind gut und sauber. - Es gibt sehr viele Handtücher (mehr als zehn) und Geschirrhandtücher. - Am Haus gibt es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. - Es gibt eine neue Waschmaschine. - Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. - Der Kontakt mit denjenigen, die das Haus sauber halten, ist sehr gut, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftfreudig. - Das Haus ist hell und gut zu belüften.
- Der Kontakt mit Bellvilla ist extrem schlecht. Auf Anfragen, wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen, haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus war dann einfach offen, der Schlüssel lag drinnen. Aber das habe wir erst bei der Ankunft gesehen. - Der Mikrowellenherd funktioniert nicht. - Der Müll wird getrennt, darauf vereist ein handgeschriebener Zettel auf niederländisch über der Spüle. Dass man nur den Restmüll in die schwarze Tonne hinterm Haus wirft und alles andere getrennt in dem Schuppen daneben gesammelt wird, ist kaum zu erraten. - Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings hat die Besitzerin offensichtlich eine große Freude an Plastikblumen und andere Dekoartikeln (Zierflaschen, Puppen). - Der Fernseher läuft tatsächlich nur auf niederländisch. Mit einem Firestick, den man mitbringen muss, kann man aber problemlos streamen. - Die Talstraße hört man den ganzen Tag über deutlich, nachts ist es aber ruhig.
