ruim, muito barulho de 'adulto se divertindo' durante a noite.

quarto limpo e boa localização, mas...

achei que seria um hotel, mas era um esquema airbnb, oq não seria um problema, apesar de não localizarem a minha reserva e eu ter que acionar o proprietário (alegaram que o proprietário não tinha encaminhado os detalhes), porém, oq foi muito pior, foi descobrir durante a noite, em virtude dos barulhos, que o prédio é utilizado para 'recreação adulta', oq confirmei com um colega local no outro dia. nem deveria estar listado em um site como o booking.

Localização excelente. O prédio tem uma estrutura nova. O anfitrião foi rápido em nos atender quando chegamos. O quarto estava limpo, com utensílios para o dia-a-dia, o que facilitou nossa estadia.

O sofá-cama estava um pouco sujo quando chegamos, com pelos de gato. Faltou um blackout na sala.
