The reception was excellent. The very kind lady allowed me to check in several hours early. There's a Lidl across the street with lots of ready-to-eat meal options. I did not try the restaurant. The room was modern and appeared recently remodeled. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. If you are visiting the castle or traveling to and from the train station, all the buses in the town are FREE!
I found the bed very odd. It was not a regular bed mattress but more like a couch or divan with a sheet over it. The sheet kept coming off while I slept, and I could feel the rough, couch-like material underneath. I wouldn't stay here again unless I could get a regular bed.

Very Good and helpful customer service for the hotel only.
Breakfast is poor, since missing transparency and no real selection, expensive coffee only (2 simple coffees for the price of breakfast with 1 coffee).
The service at breakfast is not friendly, offers are written only in polish, guests have to use google we were said.
