The cost, family feel and very personal and attentive welcome as well as the wonderful food and genuinely friendly staff.
Cistern issues, which I am sure will be fixed.

Good location with easy parking
We had a room with a four poster bed in it. The bed was very very high and only accessed by some highly polished steps . They were very slippery and we found them very difficult to use and impractical to say the least. It spoilt our stay and wouldn’t recommend.
