No front desk staff Noise level was extremely loud and made relaxing impossible as there was a fun fair directly opposite hotel Thursday night the fair and it’s extremely loud music finished up around 8.30pm Friday night I was woken up by loud music at around 1.30am Although the fair was closed someone started playing loud disco music at 1.30am this continued until around 2am Saturday morning the hotel lobby was noisy My room was next to the hotel supplies room This room was constantly unlocked and locked from 7am onwards creating noise that made it impossible to sleep

Good value hotel centrally located - clean and quiet - perfect for passing through and onto Agen next day. Enjoyed the excellent Basque restaurant on the main square

it did what it said on the tin! Absolutely fine.

Bed was awful to sleep in, far too small and short, very very uncomfortable as were the pillows, the towels were very old and grey which were supposed to be white. Came back during the day to re fresh but there was no water in the bathroom, but the water came back on early evening, guess this was standard procedure, The lady who made the bed did not refresh the bathroom at all and left no coffee or cleaned the used coffee cups, the nice lady on reception did bring more coffee to the room once I asked. Sorry would not stay here again.

The hotel is near the centre of the town and has ample free parking outside. The woman that checked us in was polite and professional. The bed was comfy.

The hotel is located in an area of town frequented by undesirable characters (gangs of young men obviously selling drugs, and their related clientele). In the daytime, it's not an issue but, at night, going out to or returning from a restaurant, it didn't feel entirely safe. This isn't the hotel's fault. There was (literally) no visible police presence in the area during our stay. The room (a triple) was of average size, but the en suite shower room wasn't really separated from the bedroom - the walls were like a partition that doesn't reach the ceiling. The result was that I didn't feel there was any privacy. There was a kettle in the room, but no teabags or sachets of coffee, which would have been welcome.

Very good town centre location. Clean.

No air conditioning, but we knew this. Didn't find coffee making facility until leaving - not in room. Difficult to unlock door when returning late. Small step up to bathroom required care.
