The villa is located in a private complex which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment. Agia Thekla beach is only a 10 min drive from the property. The beach is a 300-metre long beach located on the beautiful coastal stretch of Agia Thekla. This beach is located within a SPA (special protected area) offering golden sands and crystal-clear sea waters providing a calm environment for you and your family to enjoy. Back at the villa, the swimming pool and garden area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool has variable depths and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with comfortable dining rattan set. Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with white leather sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provide a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and Flat Screen TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering dishwasher, microwave, coffee Maker, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home. On the ground floor you’ll find a large air-conditioned twin room with shower, providing convenience for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests. On the first floor there are 4 large air-conditioned private bedrooms that can accommodate 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The 4 bedrooms are en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom whilst the remaining three sport queen size beds each. We had a lovely time and the villa was very nice. I have two complaints 1- two of the French door locks were broken. As wed never opened them we assumed they were locked and working. I was burgled and had 800 euros and 150 GBP stolen. CID came round and assessed the Cilla - they are convinced that the burglary took place at night and they accessed the villa via none of the unlock able doors. 2- after this horrid event I was very dissppointed to not have received a call or any support from Ezoria. I would appreciatea call/feedback on this

We enjoyed 2 weeks in December 2021 at this beautiful villa. We were a large family with 3 adults and 5 children and it was spacious enough without feeling crammed. Rita our contact person was very helpful and responsive and we truly enjoyed our time here.

The accommodation was wonderful. However, the comfort level requires improvement. It is very easy to do. Provide adequate and continuous hot water. Provide breakfast items as stores are not near by. Provide a clothes dryer. A daily cleaning service can also be offered for an affordable fee.
