The property is simple yet exclusive. My most favourite has been the view of the ocean from the room. We arrived on a full moon day. So the evening view was exceptionally spectacular.
And the staff are so friendly, and helpful. They are indeed the hotel’s asset.
The private beach area is lovely too. Incredible water and lots of colourful fish in the shallow sides.
And the portions are huge, but equally tasty.
They need to change around the breakfast menu a bit. It’s the same stuff everyday on buffet, other than choice of eggs.
Also it’s the mosquito season July-September, could not really utilise the balcony in the evenings, through the plug in repellant kept them away from the room. There were none in the hotel restaurant either. May be they need to find a way to keep mosquitoes away from the balconies in the evenings like the rest of the hotel!

Looks newly refurbished. Clean, and comfortable.
Some great staff and some not.
Lovely beach, but that’s not exclusive to the property.
Lack of variety with dining, you pick from the same menu all day.
Beach attendant would go missing for 30 mins plus.
Too much of the beach front is for day visitors, those staying have about a third of the space, and asking to grab a free cabana on the ‘external’ side means a debate with the staff.
Reception was too pushy and their tone was too familiar. They commented negatively that I didn’t take a phone call from them. Not sure why a receptionist thinks I’m indebted to answer an unknown caller on my personal phone. They even remarked to us that we didn’t give them top marks in the survey!
