Perfect location , very peaceful, restaurants and bars all within walking distance

The Aircon was old and not working that well. There was no double bed , was two singles pushed together. There was no English speaking channels on the T.v

The host was fab on arrival, they left sandwiches in the fridge with water and fruit knowing we arrived late. The kettle and tea bags went down well with the wife, the amazing thing was sitting there when we arrived with a view of the beach and ocean, the moon shinning directly in front. The room is BIG and lots of storage, we are sure to revisit!!

nothing needs to be improved, its perfect for the location, the price and area and what you have access to from the rooms on the beach. There are few reviews on some sites and when you arrive, you have to wonder what that was all about, wait until you arrive and see it for ya self.

+great location, 10 minutes walk from Faliraki center, but right at the beach +a grocery store in the same building, operated by the owners, exceptionally convenient +room is exactly like in the pictures, clean, and cleaning every 2 days, the cleaning lady was professional +friendly manner, child friendly, a crip is in the bedroom by default +easy going owners +complimentary welcome mineral water and fruits in the fridge +parking possibility right at the door +properly arranged airport transfer +working air conditioning, tv, everything in proper and working order

Location is perfect for those who wants to stay away from over-crowded places but still be able to reach most of the attractions by foot. Right in front of the beach, literally 10 meters from the sea edge. Mini-market store in the same building (though does not bother anyways). At least 4 different restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes reach. Main Faliraki bar-street is 15 minutes away along the sea. 30 minutes hike to amazing Anthony Quinn's bay. A few cute cats always available right outside the apartment any time.

Location: close to the beach. Quiet area, but just a walking distance to the busy streets of Faliraki.

The apartment was well decorated and well maintained. It is just in front of the sea. It is a very quite area and silent at night. It is very easy to find a spot where to park. All was very comfortable and the landlords are very helpful. Recommended!
