Staff were very pleasant and polite. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and there was plenty of parking spaces when we arrived.
Too many dogs. My only issue was not being able to sit in the dog free breakfast area due to it being full and I suffer with allergies to dogs which was disappointing.
When we checked in the receptionist did not mention that the main entrance would be locked at 11pm and we would have to use the side door. It was only by chance that a member of staff was passing by to let us in otherwise we would not have known how to gain access.

The room was cosy and clean. The food was excellent, genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.
Can't think of anything that wasn't top notch.

Nothing, everything was great.

The evening food is where it finishes
Car parking could be managed much better, plenty of spaces per room numbers, however this hotel seems to prioritise walk ins over residents, finished up having to leave the car on a public road some distance from the hotel, Staff had a ‘well that’s how it is’ attitude which didn’t help.
