Great Location, ambiance
Lobby, Concierge and Breakfast Staff were all awesome!
Housekeeping and Pool Staff were not well trained and there were multiple service issues . . . all eventually resolved but were unexpected hiccups for a hotel at this level . . .
Having a big buffet breakfast with custom ordering and then charging $15 extra for 2 small pancakes seemed ridiculous . . . Happy to pay for whatever at a luxury resort, but really?

It’s so regal and beautiful. It’s built into the mountains where the lobby is on the top floor and you go down the stairs (or elevator) to your rooms. So cute! The fresh water pool was amazing and just like the photo. It’s pretty big for St. Tropez. The beds and pillows are wonderful and so comfortable. The location is perfect! About 8 minute drive to the city. But what made our stay was the exceptional staff service!!! Everyone was superb and friendly from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was set perfectly each day by the lovely Lucy, Leonardo and Ines! Superb service!! The concierge David helped with everything fun to do in St Tropez.
