Muito bom.

Localização excelente, junto ao metro e a poucos minutos das atrações turísticas. É possível caminhar pelas redondezas em segurança e tranquilidade. Serviço atencioso e respondeu a todos os nossos pedidos.

Foi reservado um T1 - quarto e sala e foi apresentado um único espaço sem privacidade. Sofá cama desconfortável.

Good location and comfortable.

The location is good and the room is nice , big and comfortable.

Washing machine in the room is not good and dry clothes for me. So I have to use dryer downstairs which sometimes is not working if it’s too heat.

Location excellent, nice property. Poor management and security. Some guest checked in mistakenly.

Poor management. Another guest was checked into my same room when I was already checked in while my niece was in the living room and I was showering. The General Manager never apologised or even showed up to manage the situation which was also a security issue. Cleaning service was also a limbo.

One of the worst hotel experiences in my life

The rate is different for the same roomtype. wildly different. The staff were not at all accommodating. They could not do anything but checking in and out.

Good location for anyone to explore London from.

Staff lovely . Beds comfortable. Good sized room. Added bonus of fridge and microwave plus some cutlery and crockery. Handy for underground and many bus routes. Local Supermarkets and shops also close at hand.

A bit noisy due to proximity of main roads but we knew area and were aware of same.Not too much of an issue we both slept pretty well.

Comfortable.

Location, Bed is comfy, brand of toiletries, and im giving an extra point (8 to 9) because of Shamal. Shamal is very helpful, and genuine. and made my stay very comfortable.

No basic amenities

Room was nice

Room 206- no hot water. We checked in late and arrived back at room around 10 ish and discovered hot water wasnt working. I normally take two showers a day. But hot water not working...not even in kitchen...and it was too late to send maintenance according to staff. Reception got me to shower in a different room during night but we had to forego shower in the morning as all rooms were booked. Husband skipped his shower. Overall due to this..my experience felt dirty. Would not book again

Stay away from this hotel, the worst staff! The noise that makes it impossible to sleep!

Poor staff service ruins everything.

If you don't want your trip to London to be ruined, don't be tempted by the price and run away from this option. To be fair, I'll be realistic and say some pros first. The hotel has a good location and an attractive price, and the hotel itself has the facilities to match that price. However, the floors of the hotel are clearly lacking in maintenance and the sound of people's footsteps upstairs kept you awake all night, you could always feel every movement of the upstairs tenants and the ceiling creaked. There was also a lack of many things in the room, including the most basic of shower gels. There was a lot of dust on the bathroom countertops and it was clear that the cleaning team had done an extremely perfunctory job. But that's not the worst part, the worst part is that when you can't sleep all night and are extremely tired, the first reaction of the hotel's front desk staff is to pass the buck and not think there is anything wrong. The front desk staff changed frequently and when we finally got feedback on a change of room after a long and extremely tiring explanation with the first staff member, we were asked to wait in the original room for several hours. When we returned to reception several hours later, the front desk staff had changed and the new staff member asked us to repeat the problem, completely unaware of our situation and stating that the new room had not been cleaned at all and could not be checked in on time. When we expressed our disappointment, the staff member was unapologetic, rude, abusive and unhelpful. We were left speechless. To be fair, we will not disclose who this staff member is, we just want to express our anger at the extreme disorganisation of the hotel management and training. In closing, we would like to thank a member of staff who was the most senior manager on the day and was the only person who tried to help with our exhausting and extremely disappointing experience. Huge disappointed.

the main problem was the condition of the beds' especially the sofa for two children/ they complained that they could not sleep. its time to renew.

We would stay here again.

Location is awesome. Breakfast was good, but I have had better.

Some repairs are necessary in the room. Peeling paint, water leak in ceiling over shower, towel rack electricity not working.

Disappointing

the location is great

the room radiator switch was broken and could not be off when we felt too hot. The staff responded fully booked, no room could be rearranged. They could fix it after our check-out. Be patient.

Comfortable, stylish, well-appointed apartment and very well located. Perfect for a couple and we will visit again.

Brilliant location close to museums, Kensington, Knightsbridge, tube, and supermarket. Having a well equipped kitchenette meant we could dine in if we preferred and it’s a very well appointed apartment.
