Charming small hotel in an atmospheric village. Well placed for visiting two exceptional Cathar castles. Our family room was very large, light and modern, with glorious views of the valley.
Communication wasn’t entirely easy as the owner was ill and the restaurant closed (though open for breakfast), but the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Staff very friendly, unusual and very attractive dinning room and balcony (former winery) and our rooms spacious and comfortable. Lovely rural stay.

Setting above valley at center of charming rural town. Friendly shopkeepers. Comfortable quiet room.
Had to wait for late reception. Restaurant closed. Understood about Monday closures but would’ve been helpful if property could’ve communicated better about general closures of ALL Cucugnan restaurants!!!
