The pool area was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the balcony was fab

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the swimming pool area in the olive grove was lovely. Our children can be quite energetic, but everyone was patient and understanding, which made the stay much easier for us. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fruit and Greek specialities such as cheese pie, yoghurt, feta, and olives.
We stayed in a family room in the annex, which felt a bit worn compared with the main hotel building. The fridge was too small, and the room was very basic (but atleast air conditioning worked very well). Gouvia itself was not especially appealing to us, and without a car, ten days there might have felt too long.

The pool was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and was great.
The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was far too firm. The location of the room felt like it was part of the staff quarters.
