Clean attractive comfortable room.
Think the staff back-up is probably outsourced, as I was unable to obtain a drinking vessel of any sort despite lots of emails. There is a whole kitchen there but useless without a single piece of cutlery or crockery. And no cups in our room. One valiant member of staff was doing their best. A cup didn’t seem a big ask. Glad the electronic keys worked as not sure anyone would have been available to assist.

The price and the location.
The automated entrance made it very complicated, especially since it was our first time, and the methods of check-in didn't work (on my phone and the tablet in the hotel) and we had to walk to the next hotel. It should be fixed. Also the A/C worked apparently randomly. No obvious fire alarm either.
