We had a generally pleasant 4-days stay at Hotel IN, with several features that made our visit comfortable and convenient.
What we liked:
- Large parking area with plenty of available spaces (to be paid additionally)
- Wellness center and a small gym, which were nice additions to the hotel facilities.
- A supermarket located in the same building, making it very convenient for snacks and essentials.
- Room 301 offers a beautiful view.
- Good breakfast with a nice selection of food.
- Great location, only about a 10-minute walk from the city center.
Overall:
Hotel IN offers a convenient location, good amenities, and pleasant views, making it a solid choice for a stay in Biograd na Moru. However, improvements in housekeeping and wellness facilities would make the experience even better. I would recommend it, especially for couples and travelers looking for easy access to the city center.
What could be improved:
- Room service and housekeeping need more attention. On one occasion, a plate with watermelon leftovers remained in our room, and on another day, an empty plate was also left behind without being picked up.
- The pool in the wellness area was colder than expected, which reduced the overall relaxation experience.
- Children are not allowed in the jacuzzi, which may be disappointing for families traveling with kids.

the hotel room was spacious and comfortable
everything in the spa area was broken and the jacuzzi was yellow and the emergency pull cord was tied in the room
