Nothing bad to say room very clean bathroom very clean staff excellent polite pleasent sociable hard working meal excellent very tasty well priced this is our 3rd time here and will definitely going back . Was sad to find the general manager is leaving at the end of the year big shoes to fill

Evening meal
Room was very comfortable
No bath mat, shower mat which you don’t realise until you’re in & find it very slippery.
Arrived an hour early, had to go to the pub, cos room wasn’t ready…..an hour early arrival sb ok.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, lovely location, food was delicious. Room clean and tidy.

Needs refreshing as the building interiors looked shabby.
There are no USB points.
The lights didn’t all work properly in our room.
Limited menu for dinner and drinks.
No mini fridge for milk etc. making the tea tray disappointing.
Limited sky channels.
