In einem Dreibettzimmer ist jeweils sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Es sind eigentlich zwei voneinander getrennte Einheiten, Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelzimmer mit Küche. Ab 7:00 Uhr gibt es bereits ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man eine schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte einen modrigen Geruch und war sehr dunkel. Dort gab es auch Kakerlaken. Bei Ankunft direkt aus Europa und in der Nacht wirkte die Ausstattung schäbig und die Betten nicht sauber. In Wirklichkeit ist die Bettwäsche jedoch frisch gewaschen, nur teilweise löchrig. Die Küche und der Kühlschrank, sowie die ganze Elektrik im Haus sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man gewöhnt sich daran. Für uns entscheidend und gut war die Größe der Räume zu diesem sehr guten Preis.
