Very friendly staff.
Lovely breakfast and dinners.
Decent rooms with good bathrooms.
We went for a ski holiday. Although there is a ski lift close by (very close), its too far to walk in ski boots. So you can drive or take the bus. We ended up driving as the bus was infrequent and always very full. There was an option to leave equipment at the base of the lift which also could have worked.

Warm and comfortable and very good breakfast. Ideal for Tognola lift where you can leave your boots and skis. Town is lovely worth a few days rest and get away. Staff were lovely.
Found the evening meal a bit boring and very rustic but well served and drinks are good value. Pity the hot tub and sauna are extra cost.

Location halfway through the town and the ski lifts. The Spa was new and the staff was very nice
They gave us a different room than what we paid for. The other room had 2 beds. We are not a couple so we had to sleep in the same bed. They made up offering the use of the spa for free.They mixed the towels after the day cleaning. We had breakfast and dinner there and the tablecloth was never changed.

The hotel is overall okay, good location if you're planning to go skiing on the Tognala, as the ski lift is approximately 200m from the hotel. The city centre is also about 10-15 min by walk, so easy to reach without having to move the car. The decor is a little outdated. The rooms are basics but comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning, really worth making sure to book the mountain view.
The food was absolutely terrible, and we pointed this out multiple times during our stay, we even asked to speak to the chef but never met him once. We spent our Xmas week there, with half-board, and the dinner was really not up to standard. We ended up having to dinner out a couple of times to have a decent meal, but it was really frustrating as we paid for the half board without enjoying it. For the Xmas week you would expect a typical menu, or something special, instead the menu was really basic and even the most simple things to cook where delivered cold or not presentable. Furthermore, the name of the dishes on the menu was not really corresponding to the actual dish presented, eg. pasta boscaiola, which is supposed to have mushrooms, sausages & cream, in its most basic version, was presented as a pasta with mushroom and butter, absolutely tasteless. The Xmas day menu was very sad, and the salmon was left out of the fridge for who knows how long, as it arrived dark in colour, see pictures. The breakfast is served as buffet, basic choices. Overall very disappointed about the food, even the waitress agreed with us on that, which says it all. I hope they were missing the head chef during that week and that the kitchen standard will improve soon.
