The room was comfortable and spacious in a great location by the lake parking was good and secure

There wasn't a welcome pack it would have been nice to have had a small selection of tea, coffee, water, shampoo body wash ect as you would expect to find in most holiday accommodation but there was nothing. Also we had to set off to our next stop early the following morning and when trying to find a key drop off point we found the reception closed with no place to leave the key so had to just leave it in the room

Staff was extremely nice and the food excellent!
