The room was well laid out, well looked after and clean. The staff I met were super friendly and the check in experience was easy. They also stored our bags for us after check out which was really good.
The hotel tried to charge extra for cleaning which was not included in the price mentioned on booking.com. This isn't a good practice and the price online needs to be the total price.

Nice enough apartment. Good pod location with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Metro M4 is just 10min away, which is direct link to Linate Airport.
Stairs in our room was really dangerous and uncomfortable. Sealing at bed location is not high enough and I hurt myself several times.
