Sapphire is located in a fabulous residential part of London near Marble Arch.
It is very clean and welcoming.
It’s a bit shabby and aging but it’s location is great and the price can’t be beaten

The person who handed the keys over was very friendly. The room was lovely too and in a great location.
Pillows could be newer (personal preference I guess!)
I was requested to provide ID when getting the keys.
