The staffs are all very helpful and welcoming.
You immediately in the holiday mood with them.
Quite area more exclusive experience. The public beach is only 3 mins walk.
Bed is slightly harder than what we are used to. But it’s just our preference.

We loved the room, the staff was amazing.
The food was fresh. The breakfast especially was addictive. The hotel is very clean. One of us was vegan and the other had some allergies and both were taken seriously and always had satisfying alternative. The heated pool was so much fun.
Would come back again in heart bit
The fact that without a car to drivers around in the location was a bit remote and you have to relay on a taxi for there are no shuttles or reliable public transport

The overall hotel was lovely, the room was nice, and staff were mainly very friendly; shout out to the bar man and Giorgios.
The food at dinner was delicious, though can get repetitive if you stay for over a week.
We went to this hotel to celebrate our marriage. Though we did not expect anything from the hotel, we were a bit upset that no effort was made to acknowledge our newlywed status, which made us feel that the hotel is not the premium status it claims.
There were not enough sun loungers which were in the sun, people would reserve a lounger very early in the morning. Also note that they do not have a part of the beach either so you would need to pay someone else on the beach to use their sun loungers.
The BIO restaurant is overly hyped to be a special restaurant, however the experience was not better than the main restaurant, which left us disappointed.
The live music in the evenings was particularly bad. And the "DJ" on Sunday was awfully loud...
Our room was two floors underneath the gym and we could still hear people de-racking the barbell which is not great either
