Very well run hotel. Olivia was excellent. Always helpful and aware of people's needs. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds.Breakfast was good value. If things ran out they were soon topped up. Staff were excellent.Enjoyed our stay. Swimming Pool and jacuzzi.

Exceptionally well located. Only 5 mins to nearest restaurants and bakery. Staff very helpful. The bed was super soft and the room was very spacious and clean. This hotel is excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Olivia was very helpful and picked me up from the port after my rental car guy was a no show and dropped off my luggage at the port. She also let me check out late so I could use my hot tub as there are time limitations on it. Very clean, convenient and comfy. This is the place to stay in Tilos.

The hotel was generally quiet. I liked the large bougainvilleas around the property, which gave it a nice calming look.
This is definitely not a boutique hotel. The facilities are tired (30 years+) and in desperate need of freshening up. The room was dirty - we felt that the cleaner was only making the beds and not cleaning properly, even when we kindly asked them to pay more attention. The bathroom was full of pieces of hair (that were not ours), the room floor was also soiled with debris, all the days. The beds are very very small, and you can't join them up together as there's a gap between them. Some of the lights in the room were broken. You can't sit on the balcony, as the hot air from the airconditioner exterior unit will blast all over you. The breakfast needs to be ordered a day in advance, and doesn't feel like it's worth it. The swimming pool looked very dirty.
The property is generally far from the beach or the village square, compared to other hotels. The receptionist was helpful and polite, but this didn't make up for the poor facilities. She specifically asked us to rate our stay as 10, which I found slightly manipulative and probably explains all the 10 in the reviews. Despite her efforts to be helpful, this is definitely very far from a 10.
