La atención del personal muy buena y familiar. Facilitaron zona para resguardo de la bicicleta. La cama era muy cómoda. La comida del restaurante excelente.

Arrived at 9:15 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 10:20. I was told it was being cleaned, though it became clear there was actually no room available. I was eventually given what appeared to be a staff room marked “Private,” hastily cleaned moments before check-in — the floor was still visibly wet. Despite the inconvenience, no apology was offered.
The room itself was okay, but once the air freshener faded, there was a strong cigarette smell. I also waited over 20 minutes in the restaurant without anyone taking my order, despite trying to get a waitress’s attention. I eventually left, and went to the room.
Beautiful surroundings, but the service seriously needs improvement.
