Spacious rooms, fairly comfortable beds. Great parking, central location.
Very basic. A toaster, a few sachets of coffee/tea and a bottle of water are very inexpensive ways to make the room a bit more comfortable and convenient for travellers.
Plus no block out curtains in the lounge so neighbours at adjacent building could see you at night. Fairly noisy location but we were so tired that we slept relatively well.

Location to Marina and tram
Noisy. Road noise vibrates through property all day and night. Apparent despite double glazed windows and doors. The ear plugs provided don’t reduce the noise much.
Air conditioning unit is very noisy also.
Kitchen was spartan in utensils
Fridge was good.
Good size to unit.
