The food was exceptional, the staff super friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable.
The only negative was that the Inn was on a very busy road which took us some time to cross or get out of the car park in the morning. It did not take away from our enjoyment of the place

Warm welcome, which continued throughout our stay. Twin room 2, delightful view of the church & village. (On main road). Secure Access to room, 1 flight of stairs, Spacious, clean comfortable & a large walk in shower with pleasant bathroom amenities. Delightful bar & restaurant, great to see fully booked, food was stunning, ( dinner & breakfast) I highly recommend you eat here, menu selection covers all dietary needs. Location perfect for North Allerton & local exploring and brilliant stop off A1 on our way to Berwick. Finally a big shout out to The working owner, hands on & a credit to our hospitality industry.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has an EV charger which was particularly useful for me.
Meals were very good and dinner was piping hot.
Only a minor comment: there wasn't any yoghurt to go with cereals but the choice of cereals was good and they served real orange juice, not cut-price squash.

The breakfast was amazing, plenty of tea and toast. The room was clean and fresh with plenty of towels.
