Despite negatives about the property, a pleasant stay. AMCF could not have been more helpful

If collecting keys after hours, there is a charge which is not communicated in advance. This Aparthotel while advertised as having a pool bar/restaurant actually does not. Apparently it was managed by another company who have ceased operations, and so remains closed. This was one of the selling points of the property for us. As we were on the second floor on the East of the building, the traffic noise from the nearby road might affect light sleepers. Really didn't like the builders hoist fixed to the outside of the building. Also apartment was advertised as having a sea-view, only possible to view the see if leaning out over the balcony and looking to the right.

Enjoyable holiday in the sun in an excellent apartment but don't use Faro shuttle bus/escudo tours.

Self catering. Not far from beach or main shopping/restaurants. Picked up keys from separate office rather than from reception within apartment building. Reception desk staff at reception desk in apartment building nevertheless extremely helpful and welcoming. Very grateful for their help when shuttle bus we had booked for return to Faro airport failed to turn up. Ordered taxi for us when shuttle company refused to accept responsibility for their failure to collect us.

Faroshuttle/Escudo tours customer service. No issues with accommodation. Enjoyed this and would recommend this
