Um dieses Hotel einen großen Bogen machen !

Schmutzig, sehr heruntergekommen, unglaublich laut. Wirklich sehr widerlich und auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist auch unbenutzbar gewesen. Personal sehr unkooperativ

Worth booking the rooms with the view

The location and pool were great. Rooms nice and big

Silver Naga ...that's a YES from me.

The location and the views from the rooms are simply stunning. .the staff were really helpful and booked our train tickets as well as the paraglider. It's not a 5 star hotel but the value for money is great. The pool was nice and cool. Breakfast was terrific and fresh. Aircon was good overall really happy with the hotel and would stay again. Vang vieng is definitely a must see destination

We had a few ants that turned up in the bathroom no big deal as they were coming for the sugar from a spilt drink. But it's Asia and to be expected. .beds are firm to hard but still got a good sleep.

Take a room with balcony and view or leave it!

The hotel employees were endeavor. They were very helpful for example with booking a train ticket etc. But some of them are not speaking English well which led to some misunderstandings. The hotel facility with the terrace and the pool looked very nice! But if you come closer you see that the hotel had its best days already. It definitely needs an renewal. The breakfast was okay/good.

We booked a normal room "without view." But when we came into the room we were a little bit shocked. It was a very dark, sticky room which doesn't have a real window. This definitely didn't felt like a place you wanna stay for a few days, especially if you paid as much as for this room. So we talked to the hotel and after a short discussion they offered us a room with a balcony and view for just a little extra charge. This room was much, much better and welcoming. It's a bright room, with a nice bathroom, beautiful balcany and a good view on the river and the mountains. But also this room was very run down. The entry door had a big gap, the furnitures were old and at every end there was some door you couldn't close or something which fell off if you touch it. But with this room we were pleased! When we arrived they told us, that there will be no breakfast buffet as we booked which annoyed us because it was one of few reasons why we booked this hotel. We should chose a lunch meal which we would get for breakfast. So we did, but I told them that is not really what we wanted to have. A few hours later they told us that there will be breakfast buffet which was actually the case. So to sum it up if you book this hotel take a room with balcony and view or leave it and take another hotel with a better price-performance ratio.

Fantastic location next to the night market, perfect view over the river. Hotel needs updating.

The view was the reason we booked this hotel and we weren't dissappointed. It was so nice to sit on the balcony in the morning (before the hundreds of motor boats start) The hotel is in a wonderfully central location - right in line with the night market which is perfect for dinner.

The pool wasn't very clean so we didn't go in which is a shame. Our bathroom was dirty too. They should throw away all the random chairs and broken water machine etc in the corridor.

The shower needs renovating. It doesn’t have a shelf to put anything on and it has a hose that you have to hold. (doesn’t have a holder thing)

Architect had a few too many beer Laos whilst on the job, but lively staff, good breakfast and exceptional on sight yoga

location, yoga (great yoga!), decent breakfast with vegan options , lots of hot water, views.

random building standard, a little over priced for what it is. needs to be 10 usd a room cheaper per night

Location...balcony room looking over river and at the mountains, breathtaking. Right in centre of town,so hundreds of places to eat close bye

Hotel I think trades on its location, it is a bit old and tired. If it was not for the location it would not be worth the room fee

The breakfast was awesome.So many varieties of local and western cuisine.The reception was helpful in arranging tuktuk for us and arranging our bus back to Vientianne.The view is amazing too

Great location & attentive staff

Great location, very nice terrasse with pool, staff was very kind and helpful to arrange train tickets. Amazing yoga class available

The view from the room worth that price

The location is perfect and convenient, the river view room can see the beautiful scenery ,the staffs are friendly and helpful, you can 100% trust them.

TV don't work , POOL is not clean , only riverview can save my staying

-Room with riverview -the straff boy is friendly and helpful -Wifi is fast enough

-TV do not work . Can not use it throughout the stay -The POOL is not clean at all. the water have brown,green color. not clear to swim in!!! I choose this hotel because I want to swim view the river view but ... very disappointed!! -The room is OLD . Every furniture is old and broken

Great staff, great location, good breakfast, room and door lock needs work.

Great location with parking and great staff. Breakfast was perfect. Breakfast staff were great. AC in room worked great.

Bathroom needs some modernizing or refreshing at the minimum. Electronic door lock to the room had issues each and every time used. Hard to access room every time.
