The views are excellent. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. In our opinion the perfect place to stay in Santorini.
The only thing I can think of is the temperature of the outdoor tub.

The location was incredible, right on the caldera, but outside of Fira so it was quiet, the rooms were clean, cosy and just right. Our room had a plunge pool where you could soak whilst looking at the caldera. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble The Granita restaurant opposite was excellent and very close.
Everything was just right.

What an absolutely stunning view! Nothing not to love, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was consistently tasty, the people are wonderful and the balcony was incredible! I'd recommend to anyone! A perfectly sized plunge pool for reading your book with a view, a stunning sunset, and arguable some of the best Caldera views on the island (people were constantly stopping outside our hotel to take photos!).
The only thing some may think was a con is the location. It is a good 40 minute walk to Fira, very doable as it is paved but it is along the main road in Santorini so very busy. We liked being away from Fira for the quietness of the stay (you couldn't hear the road from our balcony) but if you wanted to be in the action, you'd want to stay closer to Fira. It helped us to explore more of the island and we got transfers to Fira for €15, very easily organised by the hotel / lovely taxi driver who we kept booking because he was so great!

The accommodation itself is beautiful - beautiful view, rooms were lovely and having the hot tub was amazing.
The notion that the accommodation is 50m from a bus stop is incorrect - yes, the buses stop there however you have to specifically request for them to stop (otherwise they will not and you will need to pay 40 euro for a taxi). You also need to flag them down on a busy road, which was challenging. The staff were okay, however, for $500 a night, I would have expected for the staff to be a bit more friendly/helpful.
