Very helpful staff, large lobby and room was very comfortable. Bar staff were friendly and pleasant
The cocktail bar across from our room was very noisy with customers out on the street up to 5.30am. Not conducive to sleep.

It was not noisy, air conditioner was fine, good breakfast
the shower was leaking, no toilet paper stand and no toilet brush, no hooks for towels close to the shower, I have not got cold watter – only warm and hot cause you have no normal switcher. The staff was pure portugese – impossible to explain that they have problems – very stubborn. The waiter in restraunt was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I god Manager, her ask for apollogies but you can not make first impression twice. I will not return there ever.
