The location was very good. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, it’s a good value of money.
The room was somewhat old, the elevator was sometimes a disaster, we stayed at 15th floor and it took us more than 20 mins to go down to the restaurant.

breakfast was good, I particularly like Páo de Mafra and all the fresh juices.
Staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the staff at breakfast.
Good location.
Carpets at the hallways and inside the room with stains, not ok for a 4 star hotel.
Room was a lot smaller than an equivalent room that I stayed in Vila Galé in Coimbra.
Did not like the botoom of the swiming pool with many riples (enrrugado).
