Comfy, warm, great facilities, great location what more can you ask for!

The bed was very comfy. Location is excellent. Host was lovely. Well worth the money. Thank you 😊

The clock chimes at night kept waking me, but I am a light sleeper and this is no reflection on the property.

They didn’t let me in. There was no one there. I tried to contact them in many ways and no answer. They aren’t responding to my refund requests.

Very disappointed - might be authentic, but not good

The older men was quite a nice fellow and very pleasant, he gave a lot of tips and probably can tell you everything about the city you'd ever want to know. I don't know, how he is related to this flat but he is super nice

1) Stair are pretty steep - not a problem for me as young and fit fellow, but that's definitely not made for everyone. 2) Further the interior was quite old and used.. especially the water kettle gave me nightmares. 3) There was what seems to be mold in the shower right above you, when taking a shower and quite some dirt and everything right next to it. Flat was overall pretty dirty to be honest. 4) It was also extremely cold - the one small heating device took almost a full night to make it somewhat pleasant warm. Haven't been freezing in a long sweater in ages while sitting next to the heating. 5) The mouse that appeared and was running through the room all night was the negative cherry on top. Can't post the videos of it, so I'm going for a screenshot of them. Thank god I left next day. 6) What also bothered me - it says check-in from 16-00. But I was told if I'm not there till 19 there is no check-in till 23 since owner is out of town. Well, of you have a long journey with car and don't know that early enough you might have to wait several hours in your car. Fortunately I made it in time, but that's a big no-no in my opinion. There is a sign "8.5 stars on booking" from 2017 (if I'm not mistaken) - sorry but that's long time ago. I don't understand at all how this place gets such good ratings. Was by for the most unpleasant apartment on my journey and I honestly felt scammed considering the price of more than 400€ for 3 nights (tax included). Had so much better stays in other Dutch cities right in the center for less money --> sorry, but I can't recommend this place at all. Please invest in this flat!!

We were in Den Bosch for the jazz festival and the apartment was very close to all the performances.

too expensive for what it offers, there was problem with warm water (saw it in other reviews so seems not exceptional event), WiFi did not work, at the check out I could not contact the owner, left the keys and only got replay to my message late in the evening, hearing system very old fashioned
