The location. Surround by lots of shops and also food stall in front of the hotel.
The room was just nice.
Spesifically requesting room with a view upon booking but during the checked in, the receptionist told that the requested room was fully book and there's only a room that has no view.
As I stayed there for 4 nights, it's such a disappointing experience as the only think I requested wasn't fulfilled.

I like how it is maintained the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff were all friendly and the location was the best! I like how it is close with varieties of shops!

Not much. Room was clean
No help with luggage, no facilities really. Didn't even have an adapter plug to assist clients.
