The location of this property is a clear winner - close to beach, shops and centre. The size of the property for just myself and husband was great. The pool was ok as a cooling off pool not swimming.
Easy and cheap to hire a car and drive around and park at the property.
Could have been cleaner, finger marks around switches etc, flies in the lightshades, dirty windows, dust.
Kitchen had no sink plug and no washing up bowl.
Villa next door was hired for one night and had a huge party on the Saturday night (8 cars parked and we could not get our car outside our villa) not villas fault but annoying as no noise policy should be stipulated.
Some building work is going on with new villas close-by so some noise was heard now and again - see bedroom pic to show new villas being built

Location is great, mattress was new and clean and well furnished.
Kitchen lacked a few essential items, for example only had a coupe of very large saucepans, also had a bit of an issue with ants( but owner supplied some ant insecticide). Also had a bit of a sewerage type smell in back yard but may be due to building works on the site next door so may only be a short term problem.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor space.
When we arrived it didn’t seem very clean, in the bedrooms, floors and especially the stairs. The towels were Ment be white but were a dirty grey. I don’t think it was clean as it should have been to move into.

Fab location, great little pool to chill in between trips to the beach and nights out.
The property is quite basic and could do with a little updating.
Also the building work next door was a little annoying, but this is not the fault of the villa, and hopefully will all be complete soon.
