I received outstanding personal attention from Valentina, from when I checked in to when I checked out. Valentina went out to the private parking area to make certain I could park and showed me the entrance to the hotel. More personal help was given the entire time!
The rooms are great but this is a throw-back to when hotel rooms did not have refrigerators or microwaves. The hotel restaurant is convenient and serves a wide menu for all meals.

A localização é boa, tem um espaço amplo de garagem descoberta, a estrutura do hotel é bacana, quartos confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom e tem um ótimo restaurante de suporte aos hóspedes.
Hotel não permite que estrangeiros que tenham feito a reserva pelo booking, paguem com moeda estrangeira para economizar o IVA (imposto de 15% para chilenos), ou seja, nossa reserva ficou 15% mais caro que o esperado (único hotel que isso aconteceu durante nosso período no Chile)
