Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, ottima posizione poco fuori dal centro storico di Lazise, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di un quarto d’ora e dotato di parcheggio e di un bel terrazzo esterno. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni accurate sull’appartamento e su Lazise e tutti i suoi principali punti di interesse. Bellissima esperienza, abbiamo trascorso uno splendido fine settimana.

All rooms in the property were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the beach was good with the card provided.
It is stated has having pool access, this is down the road and costs 10€ per person per visit which I think is particularly expensive and should be made more clear when booking. For a reference a water park 10 minutes away only cost 13€ for the day for adults.

Lucio war sehr bemüht uns einen früheren Check in zu ermöglichen , da wir vor der bezugsfertigen Uhrzeit angekommen waren.
Die Wohnung lag zentral in einer ruhigen Gegend .
Die Möbel waren insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen und sehr minimalistisch . Es gab nur einen Kleiderschrank nur zum aufhängen der Kleidung und 4 Schubladen . Für 4 Personen eindeutig zu wenig . Der Balkon war auch nicht für die Wohnung alleine , sondern es gab mehrere Tische , die den einzelnen Wohnungen numerisch zugeteilt waren . Die Klimaanlage war im Wohnzimmer/Küche und nicht in den Schlafräumen . Das war auch anders erwartet . Preisleistung passt da leider nicht zusammen.

"Comfortable and clean location. There’s two restaurants down the street and a private swimming pool which you have to book and pay extra but is really nice to spend a quiet day.
