Casa Giardino in Gravedona ist etwas versteckt, jedoch sehr zentral im schönen Gravedona gelegen. Obwohl die Unterkunft keine eigenen Parkplätze anbietet, war es kein Problem kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert und entspricht den heutigen Bedürfnissen. Sie befindet sich in einem alten, romantischen Steinhaus und es gehört ein kleines Gärtchen dazu. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kostenloser naturbelassener öffentlicher Strand mit einem einfachen Strandkaffe ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Im See konnte man gut schwimmen und in der Nähe von Gravedona wandern oder Wassersport (z. B. Segeln) betreiben. Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Die Beschreibung bei Booking.com ist etwas irreführend. Entgegen der Beschreibung steht ein Grill NICHT zur Verfügung. In der Beschreibung steht auch, dass Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Wir haben 3 Rollen für 4 Personen für 19 Tage erhalten und mir war es nicht Wert dauernd nach mehr zu Fragen. Die Bilder sind veraltet und zeigen zum Teil den Größeren Garten (mit Grill) zu dem wir keinen Zugang hatten. Auch werden Bilder (mit Feuerwerk) gezeigt von einer Terrasse, die zu einer anderen Wohnung gehört. Der Sonnenschirm im dazugehörenden Gärtchen ist nicht beweglich und dadurch kann man nur das Abendessen im Schatten genießen. Es wäre schön im Kinderzimmer mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten zu haben. Wenn etwas mehr Teller und Besteck vorhanden wären, bräuchte man die Spülmaschine nicht so oft laufen zu lassen.

We enjoyed our stay in Gravedona in Francesca's home very much. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, very comfortable and quiet. Francesca welcomed us warmly and explained all very well, we could message her with questions when needed. We enjoyed our own private garden and also that we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and the harbour within minutes without using the car. We are looking forward to return to Gravedona and will recommend it to our friends and family.

the appartement is big and well located. It makes it perfect for a stay for holiday. We where with 2, but it is easily big enough for 4. It has a Big kitchen, a garden with shade in the morning. Quit area as it is located distance from the streets. The garden is in between the house and the streets. Close to see and town. I have a car which I like to park safe, and we could do that under the trees.
We liked the bed very very much and slept well.
There is NOTHING which was NOT good in and at the appartement. All equipment is there and new.

Friendly host who explained the local area. Great location, a short walk to restaurants and very close to the lake. Apartment was very well equipped and the garden perfect to sit outside.
