Yoshi was very friendly and insanely patient with us! It was our first time in Japan and Kyoto and we took the wrong bus and went somewhere very far away from the house. When I mentioned him he said he will adjust his schedule and make arrangements based on my ETA, a totally respectable character he has!
I don't think I can mention anything. The place was well maintained and well kept. Me and my parents loved the experience!

The host was very responsive and helpful. He contacted us before our arrival and provided plenty of useful information about the accommodation, as well as recommendations and helpful tips for exploring Kyoto.
The accommodation is a small, traditional two-story house located in a quiet residential neighborhood with similar houses, away from the main tourist areas. It is furnished with older-style furniture and is not in the best condition, but that is also part of its charm. Staying in a traditional Kyoto home like this was a unique and authentic experience and gave our visit to Kyoto a special touch.
