Lots of room for 4 of us, a double bed for us, double for my son and a futon for my other son. Air conditioning worked fantastic.
The futon did not have bedding so we had to go to a store and purchase additional blankets for my son to sleep with. Location was far from any restaurants, no elevator, and had to walk up 4 floors with luggage.
