Very clean and well maintained. Live piano and bus performance. Parking in front of the lobby. Many international restaurants within walking distance. Quiet place.
No negative points.
It would be even better if some Japanese breakfast options were available.

Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Live music at breakfast was a nice addition
Breakfast was not great at all. There was no buffet but a list five more or less unappealing options that were of bad quality each.
Check-in had to be done online despite a receptionist being present.
The hotel was quite far away from the general hot spot areas of the city.
