Location, ambience,spacious room, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Food.. almost tasteless and insipid food. Had only breakfast but nothing that sets the juices flowing. And in a South Indian town, this hotel doesn’t offer any South Indian dishes for lunch. When I enquired if they could serve Rice, Rasam and Sambar for lunch, the staff said no.. only north Indian dishes were on offer. Strange. Had curd rice in the night and even that was pretty tasteless.

Overall facilities were satisfactory! There is ample parking space in the facility and generally room was clean & spacious. We had 2 rooms for a family of 4 and had spent 1 night at the hotel.
But few experiences left us disappointed.
There was loud music from the bar downstairs and despite repeated requests on phone, it wasn't decreased. He had to depart early morning and hence we had retired for the night pretty early. I had to go downstairs and repeatedly plead with the reception and at first he declined stating nothing can be done; finally they agreed to reduce it and with slight reduction we managed to sleep.
Also, since the breakfast opened after we were to leave, I had asked them to pack some breakfast for us which they agreed to. But the instructions never got relayed to the kitchen, so in the morning we had to wait another 30 mins while they got it ready.
