Wij maakten een stop bij de b&b op doortocht naar midden-Italië. We waren onder de indruk van het gebouw en haar verhalen, en de vriendelijkheid van de dame die de b&b runt. We vonden het echt een belevenis.

Nice location, nice hosts, beautiful building, convenient parking in front.
There was no heating in the room. The only source of heat was in the toilette and there is hallway between. House is beautiful, but very old so it is cold everywhere, even in the dining area. There was practically no hot (not even mildly warm) water in the shower. When we told the hosts about the problems, they said that they could fix the hot water in the few days and gave us a small heater for the room. Overall, we basically got a common cold in the room.
Breakfast is bellow average even for italian standards - water, coffee, tea, two croissants, some crackers, marmelades, butter and nutella.
You can't lock your room when leaving, so you have to wonder what could happen if there were other guests.
Excellent rating is just because the hosts are very nice, but the whole experience is very poor.
Maybe coming in summer is a better option, but we certainly will not try it.
