Nestled in Malaga, this attractive condo for $212 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. New in the center !!! Magnificent and spacious new apartment 80m2 with private patio / terrace for up to 6 people, newly renovated and decorated with design details and good taste. - Apartment description: Wooden floors and high ceilings, has 2 bedrooms with new and super comfortable beds (one room with double bed 1,35x1,90m and wardrobe, one with two single beds and wardrobe 90x190). Available pillow menu. All comfortable and new! Spacious and cozy living room with high-end sofa bed (2.80m wide and measures 1.35mx 1.90m bed) ... and a puff, dining table with seating for 6 and 45-inch Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Youtube... Large fully equipped with utensils and refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee (Nespresso capsules-and normal), zumera, kettle, hob 4 fires and all necessary utensils for cooking. Air conditioning "airzone" hot / cold throughout the house (in both bedrooms and living room). Wifi high speed Internet access. Bathroom design, consists of large shower, hair dryer and hair iron, towels, soap and shampoo. It has ironing board and iron. Bed linen, bath and beach towels included. From the apartment, in a few minutes, you can walk to all attractions, museums, parks, shops, restaurants and beaches of the city; to give some examples, Museo Thyssen, Pza. de la Constitución and Calle Larios (300m), Cervantes Theatre and Mercado de la Merced (400m), Malaga Cathedral, Pza. de la Merced and birthplace Picasso (500m), Teatro Romano and Atarazanas Market (600m), Alcazaba (700m), Museum of Contemporary Art, Beach and Plaza de Toros de la Malagueta, Centre Pompidou, Port of Malaga Pier One (1 km), train-bus Malls Vialia and Larios (15 min walk), beaches and beach bars Pedregalejo (20 min by public transport and 10 by car) Airport (15 min by car / taxi, there is also a train that leaves you in Alameda, 10 minutes walk from apartment). If you come by taxi, tell the driver to stop you at the height of Carretería street number 56 as Giants street is pedestrian and is up to this number. If you come by train / metro should be stopped at the last stop "Alameda Centro" and come walking to the apartment as it takes approximately 10 minutes. If you are coming by car, consult the different parking options that are close to home. Excellent apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Funky neighbourhood . Close to downtown ,but far enough away to have its own character. Easy walk to everything you might need. Excellent landlord.

Great in every way! Superb location; well-equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and laundry; comfortable bed; attentive hosts who wanted to make your stay a smooth one. Well worth considering as a place to rent.

This cozy yet roomy apartment on the ground floor is great. Ruben and Simona are excellent hosts who are helpful and responsive. The living room is roomy. You’ll find Netflix and a couple of other great options on the TV. The kitchen is well stocked—they even have a Nespresso and a blender, which we use every day! The bed is comfortable and there’s lots of storage, as well as.a lovely terrace off the master bedroom. The walk-in shower is classic. The location is perfect—a quick walk to the market, restaurants, specialty shops and museums. Love the historic centre. Come for the sunshine and stay for the hospitality! Thanks Ruben and Simona!

The property was as described. We arrived on March 13th and the country of Spain was put on lockdown the very next day on March 14. Due to this we advised the owners that we would be leaving to fly back to Canada on March 16. We were only able to stay 3 nights out of our booking for 9 nights. Following the VRBO guidelines we applied for a "partial" refund from the owners or a future credit of the remaining 6 nights. The owners have refused to give us a future credit and offered a such a pitiful compensation that it was laughable so we are out the entire amount of our stay. They have shown absolutely no understanding of our situation and have actually lied in their emails to us. They have told us to deal with VRBO as they are not interested in coming to an agreement. Our only recourse is to "out" them here.

Apartment was just perfectly located in the heart of the old town and in a quite area. As the two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment you are guaranteed a quiet nights sleep. Everything was perfectly clean and fresh. All the little extras ,shampoo shower gel etc was great especially when travelling with hand luggage.!

The host communicated with me from reservation through check out. Provided useful information about, local attractions, restaurants and tapas bars. Easy to get to from the train station by taxi, about 8 euros. The host was there to greet us and show us around the apartment, the apartment was well equiped with lots of amenities and it was of a pretty big considering it was a 2 BR and it was just my wife and me. The location of the apartment was great, right in the local communities but only 10 minutes to the center depending on how you walk. It took us about 20 minutes to the beach walking. There were many restaurants in the center and we looked for the ones with the locals because we knew that was were the best and authentic food was served. The people from Malaga are amazing and very friendly, especially if you go to the local restaurants and clubs. In general we fell in love with the Andalusian part of Spain. I would recommend this place to others.
