Minden reggel, amikor felhúztuk a redőnyt, a Kitzsteinhorn nézett vissza ránk.

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che fosse una struttura partner per la Summer Card, che la casa fosse al piano terra con un giardino.
Inoltre c'erano delle caprette e delle papere nel giardino vicino che intrattengono i bambini.
Le foto non rispecchiano la realta.
La cucina è rovinata con ante storte e rivestimento scollato.
La lavastoviglie non funzionava bene e faceva rumori forti quando si usava. Il vetro della finestra in Camera da letto era rotto tenuto insieme con del nastro adesivo e per questo inconveniente non ci è stato applicato nessuno sconto. Il fuori era tenuto sporco con ragnatele. Nelle foto omettono che in camera da letto sia presente un boiler enorme per il riscaldamento dell'acqua tenuto a vista affianco al comodino. La palazzina in generale molto semplice e poco curata così come l'appartamento.

Apartament na piętrze (w zasadzie wyższy parter). Dobra lokalizacja, parking pod budynkiem. Salon z aneksem, sypialnia, korytarz, łazienka z wanną oraz wc. Dodatkowo taras. Widok na lodowiec. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona- jest m.in. lodówka, płyta grzewcza z piekarnikiem, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, czajnik, toster. Generalnie wszystko sprawne. Zastawa na kilka osób. W zasadzie wszystko co potrzeba do zrobienia śniadania, obiadu czy kolacji (przydałby się może jeszcze jeden garnek i więcej małych łyżeczek). Komplet pościeli i ręczników był w cenie. W łazience wanna z prysznicem, umywalka, pralka. Spanie wygodne- jedno duże podwójne łóżko oraz rozkładana sofa. Ogrzewanie podłogowe (niestety nie ma innych grzejników), ale bardzo ciepło (pobyt luty). Apartament ładny, ale styl rustykalny (np. bielone ściany, czy drewniane drzwi i stare zamki, stara szafa) nie każdemu mogą pasować. W budynku kilka innych apartamentów, ale cisza i spokój. W apartamencie dobrze działające wifi. Cały pobyt bezproblemowy.
Jedynie drobne uwagi:
- Czystość- apartament generalnie czysty, ale w zakamarkach i kątach (np. pod szafkami czy na wiszących ozdobnych nartach) trochę kurzu czy pajęczyn niestety było. Wydaje się, że sprzątanie mogłoby być bardziej dokładne w tych miejscach. Poza tym bez innych uwag.
- Światło- wieczorami przydałyby się mocniejsze lub jaśniejsze żarówki, albo dodatkowe oświetlenie szczególnie w sypialni.

Moderate-sized space with a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is available, but the road leading to the property is on a steep incline and requires a skilled driver. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating area and terrace are beautiful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The apartment has a smart TV and a baby cot was provided upon request. I also asked for a fan, and the host kindly provided one
The apartment has simple decoration and basic furniture. The windows don’t have nets, so insects started coming in at night, attracted by the room light. The stairs were a bit challenging since I had a lot of luggage. There’s no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, which helped given the high summer temperatures. We received the Summer Cards, which were very useful, although they didn’t cover the summer slide in Kaprun
