The location was about halfway between the train station and center of Beaune. Only a short walk to each. The apartment was very clean and the large shower was a bonus. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and glassware. WiFi signal was strong and the television worked from the start. Windows on both sides of the apartment allowed for great air flow through the apartment and front windows opened on to small, but quaint balcony.
The only thing I can think of that was even slightly negative was that around 10pm as the restaurant staffs were heading home, I could hear their loud driving on the street below, but it was very brief and I only heard them because I love to have the windows open.

Great central location and good safe underground parking
A bit rough around the edges ( paper covering holes )

Great location with good secure parking nearby. Great to be able to walk into town and have so many amenities close by. The flat was clean and tidy.
It was extremely warm and only 1 fan in the bedroom. We couldn’t open the windows in the living room as the road was quite noisy but we still had a lovely time.
