Directions to unit were vague. It took half an hour to locate.
When we walked in, the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. All of my clothes and luggage reekedof it even after three days.
Every drawer, cupboard and countertop was occupied with the owner's personal things so that there was no space to unpack.
There was leftover food in the refrigerator.
The website photo shows an oceanfront view , but the unit was located at the end of a long, scary alley next to a restaurant's dumpster.
I would have walked out, but we had to prepay for the stay and it was late when we arrived.
I emailed the owner with out concerns the next morning, but did not receive any reply or acknowledgement.
Very dissatisfied. Will most likely never book through Vrbo again.

We were in town for a wedding at the 40th street beach access. This property was extremely convenient and exactly as described. Very clean! Perfect for our needs.

Stay was great. Location even better. The family and I loved being right on the boardwalk. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach was the highlight. Very cute little condominium we stayed in. Just the right size. And had all the right amenities

Great space for two people. Nice location right next to the boardwalk. Private area/ yard to watch the ocean, drink a little wine and view a sunset was peaceful. Great kitchen amenities. The shower was awesome.

Located on the north side right at the beginning of the bike trail and boardwalk was perfect. Also a short walk to the beach and because it was at the north end, the beach was not crowded.

This was a prefect spot for a busy family. The condo is updated, and very clean. The boardwalk and beach is steps away, along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great for families with small children. I would recommend this place to anyone, plus I'm sure I'll be back again. CT

The beachside property was perfect. It was clean. It had everything that we need so didn’t have run out and buy items. The host was quick to answer my email. My daughter was so excited that we were on the beach she insisted that we took a walk on it. Yes in the middle of March. It made our trip to the Track and field Nationals even more special. I will definitely be booking here again.

Nice little place
Pretty quite little place that’s very close to the actual sand ocean front. Very well stocked with things to make your stay more enjoyable. Clean and comfortable! Parking is great but tough to figure out at first because it looks like it’s for the building next door. A restaurant “EAT” is literally right beside the room had pretty decent food and was super convenient.

Nice place right at the end of the boardwalk.
The weather didn't cooperate for our stay, but the place is very nice and well maintained and supplied with necessities. We had a very pleasant stay and the food at the local bistro was excellent.

All around great property! Can't beat the location right on the beach at the quiet end of the boardwalk. Super helpful and nice hosts. Although the only cooking we did was coffee - they seemed to have everything you would need! Very comfy bed as well!!
Property was clean and well kept and bonus that they allowed my pup to come along :)

We stayed at this beautifully beachy condo Juan the end of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. The beach was a 2 minutes away from our front door. There is a pool but the weather was so beautiful that we were out on the beach and boardwalk every day. The unit is fully equipped with all types of conveniences. The bathroom and shower is luxurious and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is a fun studio unit and we brought our dog along too. If you’re looking for a place to stay because you’re going to visit Oceana Naval Base or your Marine, it is a great location. If you’re looking for a place on the beach, this is also a great choice without being right in the middle of all the traffic and beach goers. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The apartment also came with a reserved parking spot that was very convenient. When the people who were coming in after us canceled, the owners contacted me and offered a later check out or the option to add a night to my visit which I thought was very nice.

Walking distance from restaurants and places to see. Don't miss an excellent dinner at the Isle of Capri restaurant next door and walk around the Cavalier Hotel.

Would definitely recommend this condo and redone to perfect beach theme. The owner was very pleasant and always available if we had questions. The only issue we had was the building itself is that it needed updating and could be cleaner.
