FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel

Front desk lady who checked us in was extremely Helpful, polite and considerate. Given it was a rainy day she recommended a close by paved hike to the senes rifiguio. That afternoon there was one person on staff on Wednesday. That man did it all - front desk, snacks, drinks, coffee. Thursday morning was a bit chaotic as the staff was all at the restaurant but upon asking the lady a question she promptly came to the front desk pulled out a hiking map and told us exactly where to go. Just amazing staff. Knowledgeable and ready to assist. Afternoon snacks with small sandwiches desserts from their cafe were nice and a good way for their cafe and restaurant to share food.

Extremely pricy for not being in cortina. Appear to be riding on the Olympics glory capitalizing on demand but not delivering the value for price especially being in a small village Also, note unlike the U.S. there is one bottle of face soap bath soap body wash shampoo and no conditioner. So bring your own. Note heated towel rod only works in winter fyi in case someone wants to dry their clothes on it Note - front desk isn’t staffed all the time so checkout had to be done the night before for an early morning departure. Staff appear to be shared and always busy with their restaurant bar cafe.

Small boutique hotel in a wonderful location, could walk into Ortesie or take the bus, stop right near hotel. Pretty grounds and a nice breakfest provided every am, and snacks available throughout the day.

Although there was no AC, the rooms, at least with a balcony cooled off at night . It would havee been nicer to have a bit longer time to access the sauna.
