What a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany! Our room exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, romantic, spotless, and full of charm.
We stayed in the Loggia room, and it was truly special. The bathroom with windows overlooking the surrounding nature was breathtaking, and the private balcony was the perfect place to sit, relax, and simply admire the beauty of Tuscany. We were completely enchanted by the atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional - everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always making us feel very welcome.
We also had the Taste Menu for dinner at the restaurant, and it was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious, making the whole evening a truly memorable experience.
A magical place, wonderful hospitality, and an unforgettable experience. We would love to come back!

The resort itself is beautiful, with the property spread throughout a collection of charming little historic buildings across the village. It has a lovely atmosphere and feels very unique to the area.
The restaurant was also very nice, and we enjoyed dining there during our stay.
The staff were particularly accommodating and friendly. They were very understanding when we raised the issue with the room and did their best to assist us with the room change, which we really appreciated.
Given the historic nature of the buildings, the doors were unfortunately very noisy. We struggled to sleep and properly relax after check-in and requested a room change within an hour of arriving. The staff were very kind and accommodating and were able to assist with the room change the following day, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was okay, but there appeared to be limited monitoring of food levels. We frequently had to ask for more eggs or fruit after these items had run out. On our final morning, we waited around 30 minutes for more fruit, only to be told later that no more would be available.
The village itself is extremely small, with very little to do or explore. While the hotel is conveniently located close to Castellina in Chianti, we would have preferred to stay in a larger village with more restaurants, cafés and things to do within walking distance. For a longer stay, the location felt a little too quiet for us.
