The swimming pool and fishing on site was great.
Facilities were of a very good standard in the property.
Property owner was friendly and helpful
Could have organised the weather to be a little kinder!!
The property being on a slope was more of a problem for myself being a bit on the older side!

Mixit Cottage is in a lovely quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from Kingsbridge. It had everything we needed for our holiday. We especially loved the little patio area for sunny bbqs in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed super-comfy and the owners very friendly and welcomed us with a yummy cream tea - thank you. We enjoyed playing table tennis and pool but didn’t make it to the swimming pool as the weather was so good.
Everything was great but if we had to say one thing, somewhere to put recycling would have been useful.

A nice quiet location but within easy reach of the town. The shower was brilliant and the bed very comfortable. The heating was very good and needed in November.
Humax Freeview for the TV took some fiddling to get started. Heating appeared to be on an external timer which didn't help when taking a shower at 4.30 am.
